Attorney Kandray, Of Counsel at Pierce Legal, LLC, assists in crafting comprehensive solutions to his clients’ estate planning, trust administration, Medicaid planning and business succession issues. These solutions include drafting carefully tailored Wills, Trusts, contracts and other documents specifically designed to transfer or protect assets in accordance with his clients’ goals. Daniel also has extensive experience administering probate estates and trusts.

Daniel has advised several small to mid-sized Ohio businesses on a variety of legal issues including company formation, organization, transactions, employment, and leasing. He also frequently consults clients on real estate issues, which often overlap with estate planning, probate, and business matters. This experience has also allowed him to advise on landlord/tenant issues, real estate transactions, title issues, and land disputes.

Besides estate planning, Daniel’s specialty is contracts. He can efficiently review his clients’ contracts and advise them of present or potential concerns while guiding them to preferable outcomes. He can also draft any number of agreements specifically designed to accomplish his clients’ goals and protect them from undesirable outcomes.

Daniel has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in civil lawsuits related to contracts, real estate issues, business, probate issues, and trusts. This experience has given him additional insight into how to protect his client’s interests. Daniel also has extensive experience in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.

Daniel takes a candid, yet empathetic approach in advising his clients and relies on collaborative problem solving to fulfill their legal needs.

Daniel grew up in northeast Ohio and attended the University of Akron, where he earned a B.A. and J.D. He was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2016. He and his wife, Alli, currently reside in North Canton, Ohio with their dog, Ruby.
